St Mary's House of Welcome works to further social justice within the community, and provides food, social support and a range of flexible services for people in need.

Our Work

St Mary’s House of Welcome is a Centre for disadvantaged people experiencing homelessness, poverty and mental health issues. St Mary’s offers various programs for service users from both the Day Centre and the Mental Health Service.

Day Centre
The Day Centre provides information, advice and referral, emergency relief, showers and free meals for people in need.

Mental Health Service
The Mental Health Service programs offer indoor and outdoor recreational activities and classes for service users, designed to reduce social isolation and encourage a sense of community.
