Belfast chronicles the life of a working-class family in the Northern Irish capital during the 1960’s. The film is a coming of age drama from the perspective of their nine-year-old son during the The Troubles.

Tickets are $49 and include admission, a choc top ice-cream, soft drink and a contribution to St Mary’s House of Welcome to support vital services for people struggling with disadvantage, chronic homelessness, poverty and social isolation.

The film has already received significant praise claiming the title of People’s Choice Award at the 2021 Toronto Film Festival, Best Original Screenplay, Best Acting Ensemble and Best Young Actor at the Critic’s Choice Awards, as well as the award for the Most Outstanding British film at the British Academy of Film and Television Awards. Belfast has also been nominated for 7 Academy Awards, including Best Picture of the Year.
